  2. Define your goals & create dream home wishlist: Consider your needs and desires for a home, such as location, size, amenities, and budget, to create a wishlist that aligns with your lifestyle.

  4. Select a lender & get pre-approved: Choose a lender, get pre-approved for a mortgage, and determine your budget to understand how much you can afford to spend on a home. As a real estate professional I will share my preferred lender list with you.
  5. Begin home shopping: Start exploring properties that match your wishlist and schedule viewings to find the right home for you.
  6. Make an offer: Once you find a home you love, make an offer with the help of your real estate agent, taking into account market conditions and the seller’s asking price.
  7. Negotiate the offer: Be prepared to negotiate terms with the seller, such as price, closing date, and contingencies, to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
